Roger has been a Partner at Newton Perkins since 1988. He specialises in major
corporate relocation and also in the London investment market where he has
advised numerous institutional funds and property companies in relation to their
investment requirements.

Tony has worked in the City for nearly 30 years.
He has overall responsibility for Landlord &
Tenant and Management work at Newton Perkins and
has been a Partner since 1989. He also advises
corporate clients on their property requirements
which gives him “hands on” experience in the
market to add further weight to his opinions as
an Expert Witness.
He has recently acted on behalf of F&C Property
Asset Management, McKay Securities Group, The St
Paul Travellers Group, Universities
Superannuation Scheme, Abbey plc, AIG, Citigroup,
United Insurance Brokers and Marlborough
Underwriting Agency.
Chris has specialised in the City of London office market for 20 years. He has
focused on marketing office buildings, together with development/major
refurbishment advice and investment acquisitions and sales.
Chris’s extensive leasing activities have given him a first class working
knowledge of building design and specification which complements his other
disciplines so as to maximise his clients’ financial returns whilst minimising
financial exposure.
Current clients include Mars Pension Trustees, Morley Fund Management, Land
Securities plc, Universities Superannuation Scheme, Threadneedle Property
Investments and Henderson Global Investors.
David concentrates on advising corporate occupiers, investors and developers in
leasing, sales, purchases and developments primarily in the City of London and
environs.
David has wide ranging experience from working
in the City and West End of London and previously with Shell’s Property
Division. He also holds the RICS Diploma in Business Management and Marketing
; and is a qualified APC Assessor.

Ian is a Partner at Newton Perkins and is one of the City of London’s best known
agency personalities with over 35 years at the firm.
He is renowned as the most active agent in the City, typically averaging 50/60
transactions a year (ie 1 per week!).
Specialising in leasing, his extensive client list is primarily drawn from
Insurance, Shipping and Recruitment sectors including Gerling (UK) Limited,
Cooper Gay, The Blomfield Group, The Church Commissioners, Orix, Hermes and
Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold.
Michael has over 20 years experience in private practice centred on the City and
West End office markets and is a partner.
He has extensive experience in the fields of commercial rating and also landlord
and tenant work with a specific emphasis on tenant/occupier services.
Within this role, Michael has made numerous appearances at Valuation Tribunals
around the country and as an Expert Witness before the Lands Tribunal.
Michael has advised over 150 different occupiers during the past 5 years and has
conducted over 450 successful appeals on behalf of clients such as Arbuthnot
Latham & Co, Banco Santander Totta SA, Howard Holdings plc, MACE, Primary Group
Ltd and QBE Europe.
Chris is Head of Property Management but has
many years of experience in all aspects of
Property and Facilities Management for
commercial properties within London and
throughout the UK.
Chris leads a specialist team of Property
Managers and Accountants, together with
ancillary support staff based at properties
within our portfolio. Chris’s strong interest
and background in Health & Safety provides an
established platform to ensure that clients are aware of their obligations and that
compliance to legislation is met.
Jonathan
started with the agency department following completing
a Masters degree in Commercial Estate Management at South Bank University in 2005
and qualified as a Chartered
Surveyor in 2007.
His
primary role is dealing with property
searches and marketing/letting campaigns
alongside assistance with investment and development projects and appraisals.
Current projects include
instructions from Hermes Real Estate,
Heron, Morley Fund
Management, Threadneedle Property Investments and Hannover
Dorrington.
Christopher
joined Newton Perkins in September 2007 after
studying a Masters degree in Urban
Real Estate Management and Development at Heriot-Watt University.
His
role includes conducting property searches,
marketing and negotiating commercial lettings
and sales alongside with commercial rating and rent reviews.
Current
projects include leasing advice to London &
Regional. A Beckman plc and Allison &
Humphries and occupier advice to Bank of London and the Middle East and
J.A. Brooks & Co
Ltd.
Charles joined Newton Perkins in 1968. He became a Partner in 1975 and a
consultant in April 2002.
With forty years experience in general practice both in London and throughout
the United Kingdom, Charles has advised clients on a wide range of property
matters including acquisitions, Landlord & Tenant, rent reviews, valuations and
dilapidations.
Clients for whom he currently acts include The Maersk Company Limited, MCC
Transport, Gerling Insurance, Constant & Constant and Lloyds TSB Business Link
for London.
Jim joined Newton Perkins in 1972, became a Partner in 1975 and a consultant in
April 2002.
Jim has over 30 years experience in City of London agency work, including lease
renewals and rent reviews, and more recently concentrating on specific City
clients, including Ace European Group, Benfield Group plc and The London
Clearing House.
In 1980 he became property advisor to Danair Services Ltd and has since provided
specialist property advise to various airport occupiers, including Ford of Great
Britain, ATC and S R Technics UK Ltd within nearly all the main UK airports and
Dublin.
Bindi
is an experienced property manager within the
firm's close knit property
management and facilities team. Bindi's role includes day to day owner and
occupier
contact and supervision; extending to project management of refurbishment
contracts
for investor and tenant clients. He has detailed, practical knowledge of
the application
of The Control of Asbestos at Work (2006) legislation; alongside meeting
the
requirements of the RICS Service Charge Code.
Ian
is a construction consultant
with Newton Perkins with
an extensive 25 year
background in building surveying, project
management and contract
administration
involving a broad variety of properties. He is able to combine the skills
and resources of
a chartered building surveyor with a wider business insight to understand
and offer fresh
value added resolutions to clients’ demands.
He
was formerly a Partner
with Drivers Jonas. Ian
is a director with
the City
based Devonshire Partnership which he combines with his consultancy
role at Newton
Perkins.
